Bearded Farms was established in Sandston with a simple mission: raise happy, healthy chickens and provide neighbors across New Kent County, eastern Henrico, and Greater Richmond with the freshest eggs possible.
Our hens roam freely on spacious pasture, on a natural diet supplemented with organic feed. Happy chickens produce better eggs. That's the whole operation.
The name comes from our founder's beard, which has become something of a local legend from Sandston to New Kent. Just like a well-maintained beard, we take pride in the care we give the farm and our feathered friends.
Farm tours and visits are by appointment only. Call ahead so we can welcome you properly — whether you're coming from Quinton, Providence Forge, or down the road in Sandston.
